It has confused me for a long time that I forgot to confirm the WeChat friend requests. When I remember to do it, the requests have expired. So I did a lot of searching on the Baidu search engine.
Finally, I found one. Here is a trick way to fix the WeChat friend request expired.
- Block the WeChat user who sent you the friend request.
Contacts>New friends>And then click on the expired request> Tap Block
- Go to the blocked list.
Me>Settings>Friends’ Permissions>Blocked list>click on the friend request.
- Add to contacts.
- Then, wait for your friend request to pass.
WeChat is a private social media. You can’t add friends via friend recommendations like meta. You can only add friends by the given WeChat ID, phone number, QR code.
