If your account is not been blocked and your phone number( linked to your WeChat account) is able to receive the SMS code. Then you can easily to get your account back.
You can get back your account via your phone number + SMS code. (Recommend way).
If your account didn’t link your phone number, this could happen if you’re using QQ as login account ID. (Many years ago, you can use qq as login id without linking phone number). Then you need to enter your qq account+password and then follow the instructions.
If you forget your WeChat ID or password, then you need to retrieval your account.

2) Tap Request Password Retrieval > Request
to submit your request as instructed.
3) After completing the feedback-form, you will receive a result via SMS within 24 hours, if your appeal is approved, a new WeChat password will be sent via SMS.

Can I recover my deleted WeChat account?
Currently, an account cannot be recovered once deleted. If you want to continue using WeChat, you can register a new account with another ID. The deleted WeChat ID is no longer available.
